Structure and Schedule of the Course
The Five Behaviors™ Certification course extends over two weeks, blending live, teacher-led sessions with independent online study. During this course, participants will:
- Undertake five self-paced learning modules, each requiring 2-3 hours
- Participate in four live, virtual sessions led by instructors, with each session lasting two hours
- Present an application project and gain insightful feedback
- Sit for the final Certification Exam, testing comprehension of the essential concepts of The Five Behaviors™, with a required passing score of 80%.
Requirements
- Participants must possess either a Five Behaviors™ Team Development or Personal Development facilitation kit, as the course references content from these kits (can be purchased here)
- Dedicate two weeks to self-directed online work and attend all four virtual classroom sessions led by instructors
- Have access to a computer with internet, a microphone, and a webcam
