Customers often call to inquire about DiSC® Training Certification. They want to know if they need to complete certification to purchase and use Everything DiSC® Profiles by Inscape – A Wiley Brand
Our answer is that DiSC® Training Certification is not required, but it is available. We partner with Inscape Publishing to offer our customers the only publisher sponsored DiSC® Training available. Each DiSC® Training Certification is presented by Inscape staff and held in Minneapolis, MN.
While DiSC® Training Certification is not required, that doesn’t mean you don’t want or “need” to be certified. Here are a few questions to ask yourself that will help you evaluate whether DiSC® Training Certification is right for you. Ask yourself these questions.
1. Do I “want or need” the additional credibility that DiSC® Training Certification offers?
Different industries place different values on credentials. Some place emphasis on personal and industry experience, while others emphasize certification credentials. Find out what is most important to your internal and external customers.
2. Would DiSC® Training Certification offer insight that I might not get from self-study?
Preparation for DiSC® Training will differ depending on the group you are presenting to. You would approach a group of customer service agents differently than a senior management retreat. 3. What about self-confidence? Will DiSC® Training increase my self-confidence?
