We’re always responding to you, even in our silence. In fact, we’re often communicating the most when we seem to be doing it the least. With a greater understanding of each others DiSC® Styles perhaps we could communicate better. Do you agree?

As co-workers, some of us are very close and have a good level of understanding with each other. While for others of us, there are some gaps, some empty places that need filling in. Maybe we’re trying to do things to each other rather than for each other.
