Agile EQ™ Learning Experience
Everything DiSC® Agile EQ™ is a virtual or classroom training and personalized learning experience that teaches participants to read a situation’s emotional and interpersonal needs and respond accordingly. By combining the personalized insights of DiSC® with active emotional intelligence development, participants discover an agile approach to workplace interactions and learn to navigate outside their comfort zone, empowering them to meet the demands of any situation. In this training, participants will discover their EQ strengths, recognize their EQ potential, and commit to customized strategies for building agility. The Everything DiSC® Agile EQ™ experience is designed with a single goal in mind: to develop the emotional intelligence necessary to support a thriving agile culture. It’s composed of four parts: an assessment, a comprehensive profile report, a classroom facilitation experience (optional), and follow-up tools.
The Assessment
The research-validated online assessment asks participants to respond to behavioral statements on a five-point scale, including application-specific questions to help determine the participant’s instinctive emotional intelligence (EQ) mindsets. Built using the latest adaptive testing methodology, each participant receives precise insights to personalize their experience.
The Profile
The Everything DiSC® Agile EQ™ Profile provides participants with valuable insights that allow them to discover an agile approach to workplace interactions. In this personalized, 26-page profile, participants will discover their DiSC® style, learn about the instinctive mindsets that shape their responses and interactions, recognize opportunities to stretch beyond what comes naturally to them, and gain actionable strategies to become more agile in their approach to social and emotional situations.
The Facilitation
The profile comes to life with the Everything DiSC® Workplace Facilitation Kit, offering a virtual or physical classroom experience that engages and educates. With a dynamic, modular design, a customizable presentation, and contemporary videos, your participants will walk away with a deeper understanding of their personalized profile and a memorable experience that inspires lasting behavior change.
The Follow-Up Tools
